Change plan

Moving up, moving down, the 30-day trial and Enterprise, with the pro rata rules that apply to each case.

3 min Updated 9 August 2026

The grid at the bottom of Account → Plan and usage compares the plans: bTokens per month, connected stores, search engines, days of analytics, and the features, presented cumulatively ("everything in the previous one, plus…"). Only the owner can change plan.

The trial

A new account starts with 30 days free on the Pro plan, with nothing to pay up front and no commitment. It's enough to try search, the assistant and the analytics with everything switched on.

At the end of the trial you pick the right plan. The best indicator for choosing is on the screen itself: the real spend of those days, projected over the cycle.

Moving up

You only pay the difference for the days left in the paid period. With 15 days to renewal, the upgrade costs half the monthly difference between the two plans.

The amount appears under the button before you choose, it's paid by Multibanco reference, and the plan switches when the payment confirms, without touching the renewal date. From renewal on, the regular price of the new plan applies.

Moving down

It takes nothing away today: what's paid runs until the end. The change is scheduled for the renewal, the screen shows it with the date, and you can cancel it up to then. From that point on you pay the regular price of the new plan.

The asymmetry between moving up and moving down is deliberate. Moving up solves a problem that's happening right now (the plan running out), which is why it's immediate; moving down is a decision about next month, and there's no reason to take away today what has already been paid for.

Larger plan or overage?

A larger plan usually works out cheaper than recurring overage. The screen shows the current cycle's overage, and that's the sum to do: if last month's overage is getting close to the difference between the two plans, the plan above already pays for itself and brings the features as well.

The mechanics of overage are in plan, bTokens and limits.

Enterprise

It's negotiated. The button lets us know and the team gets in touch.

Discounts

If your account has a discount assigned, it appears next to the plan name and goes into every sum, including the upgrade amount.

Cancelling

There's no immediate cancellation with a button. The path is to move down to the lowest plan, which is scheduled for the renewal, and, if you really want to finish, to delete the account in Store profile → Privacy, which takes the whole store and has no way back. See privacy and data.

If all you need is to stop search on the store for a while, that's done without touching the plan. See switching off, pausing or uninstalling.

Services by the hour

They're not available to book at the moment. If you need tuning done by us (initial setup, migration from another platform), talk to us through support.
